Draw with a skin marking pen the projected outline of the Medial Cuneiform bone on a model in the Anatomical with side lighting and a time limit of thirty seconds.

Objective No 108 - Criteria to be demonstrated.

1. Identify the Tuberosity of Navicular (Objective No 104)

2. Note the tendon of Tibialis Posterior passing to its principal distal attachment, the Tuberosity of Navicular when the ankle joint is plantar- flexed and the foot is inverted against resistance.

3. Dorsi-flex the Ankle joint and invert the foot against resistance .

4. A thick distinct tendon can be observed and palpated passing distal to the Tuberosity of Navicular on the Medial side of the foot. This is the tendon of Tibialis Anterior.

5. The tendon of Tibialis Anterior attaches to the Medial Cuneiform and Base of the First Metatarsal bone.

6. The Medial Cuneiform bone can be palpated at this point.
