Draw with a surface marking pen the anterior surface marking  of the Sterno-clavicular joint on a model in the Anatomical position with a time limit of one minute.

 Objective No 21 - Criteria to be demonstrated.

1. Identify and mark the  jugular  notch on the superior border of the Manumbrium.

2. Move the finger tip   approximately four mm in a lateral direction from the Jugular notch until the prominent medial extremity of the Clavicle is encountered.

3. Place the tip of the middle finger on the Medial extremity of the Clavicle and tip of the index finger on the  lateral edge of the Jugular notch.

4. Request the model to elevate  and depress the shoulder  and observe the movement taking place  between the Sternum and the Clavicle.

5. Draw a line  at the junction between the Manubrium and the Clavicle  where  movement  is detected taking  place.
