Draw with a surface marking pen, the projected course of the Circumflex/Axillary nerve on a model in the Anatomical position with a time limit of one minute.

Objective No 82 - Criteria to be demonstrated.

1. Draw a vertical line from the midpoint of the lateral border of the Acromion process (Objective No 4) to the distal  attachment (Deltoid tubercle/tuberosity) of the Deltoid muscle on the lateral aspect of the shaft of Humerus.

2. Draw a horizontal  line at right angles to the long axis of the Humerus at a point midway on the  vertical line in step 1.

3. This horizontal line represents the course of the Axillary/Circumflex  nerve as it crosses the Surgical neck of Humerus.
